Eligibility

Products

Our aromatic oils are fine fragrance oils intended for ambient and home use. Product images are indicative; natural variations in colour and scent may occur. Discontinue use if irritation occurs, keep away from children and pets, and store away from open flame as the oils are flammable.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Where payment has been made for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garden of Zen shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
