Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Garden of Zen fragrance. This policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. To cancel, contact us promptly on WhatsApp at +91 83369 98761 or by email at care@gardenofzen.in with your order ID.

Returns & replacements

Because our products are fragrance oils, we accept returns or replacements only where an item arrives damaged, leaked, defective, or you received the wrong product. Report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products, items without their original packaging, and items reported after 48 hours are not eligible for return, except where they arrived damaged or defective.

How to raise a request

Email care@gardenofzen.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and supporting photos/video. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or pickup.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
